Another late nite @ office

Yes, still at the office. Sad lil me. Luckily the whole Mktg Team is still here, including my 2 bosses. Both Ffish expects at least 4 appts per/presenter and we have 4 presenters. Unfortunately, we seem to not be able to do that. And even if we can, it's of small merchants and Ffish isn't happy about it.

Anyways, yesterday's meeting was about splitting us up to meet our personal targets and group targets. I'm paired with G, Kat with Ffish, Anne with Cindy and Elyn with Mike. Kat is feeling pressured cos she feels we might not like her because she is paired with Ffish and will get a lot more commission compared to anyone of us. Didn't help that Anne mentioned she can't handle it when her gf earns more than her. Sigh... I know Ffish only wants us to have a healthy competition and to hit her targets but this is a big constrain on us as a team and more so, friends.

Ffish has been giving us a lot of prep talk everyday just to ensure that we don't kill each other in the process of gaining our commisions. Then again, we say we understand and that it won't happen but surely it will happen, regardless.

Can anyone tell me what to do??? Feel so stressed. So much so, the team has been drinking alcho almost every nite and having sleepless nites as well. We all look so horrible but yet have to make ourselves look good for work sake. HELP!!!
